Media Management provides two easy ways to
manage listing photos/virtual tour. You can choose to use the HTML5 version
(not available for IE9 or older) or the Microsoft Silverlight version. Choose
your version under Account, then Preferences. Both versions offer you the same great photo uploading capabilities.

a Virtual Tour to your listing
Access Media Management- To upload photos or a virtual tour to your listing, under My Listings, select Media/Documents.
- Enter the listing number and click Manage Media.
Add Photos
- Click Add Photos.
- Browse to the photos on your computer.
- Select up to 25 photos to upload; select multiple by holding the Ctrl key.
- Click Open.
- Click Publish.
Add Photo Captions
After you have added photos, you can add captions to your photos.
- To add a caption to a photo, click the
icon.
- Enter a caption up to 125 characters long and click Save.
Replace Photos
Use the replace function to replace old photos with new photos.
- To replace a photo with another photo, click
on the photo you would like to replace.
- Browse to the new photo on your computer, and click Open, then Upload.
Reorder Photos
To change the order of your photos, click-and-drag any photo to a new position.
Delete Photos
- To delete a listing photo, click

Add Virtual Tour - To add a virtual tour to your listing, enter the Virtual Tour URL.
- Click Test to preview the URL and make sure that the virtual tour is correct. The Test functionality only appears once you have entered a URL.
- You must read and agree to the Terms of Use. Select I accept the Terms of Use.
Publish (Save) Photos, Captions, Changes, and Virtual Tour URL
When you make changes in Media Management, they are not saved until you Publish to your listing.
- To save your changes and publish photos to your listing, click Publish.

- To exit without saving your changes, click Cancel.
- When the messages displays, click OK.
Microsoft SilverlightYou may need to install Microsoft Silverlight if you are using the Microsoft Silverlight version media management. Go to www.microsoft.com/getsilverlight to download and install Microsoft Silverlight.
