You can work on the behalf of others in your office/team that have granted these rights to you. When you work on behalf of others, their information and branding will be included on all printable reports. Any Search History, Saved Searches and CMAs, Prospects, etc. will be saved to their profile as well.
1. In PrimeAccess, your name appears in the top right corner of the navigation bar at the top of the page. Click on your name. A box will appear with Impersonation options.
2. In the Work on behalf of drop-down menu, select the person or Team ID you would like to work on behalf of. The name of the person you are working on behalf of now displays in italics in the navigation bar.
3. When you are finished working on the behalf of others, sign out, or return to working as yourself:
a) Click on the drop-down arrow next to the name of the person you are working on behalf of. A box will appear with Impersonation options.
b) Under Use my account, click Apply. Your name now displays in the navigation bar.
